PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Heather P. Glick focuses her law practice on Estate Planning, Non-profit Law, Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Taxation and Civil Litigation. She graduated at the top of her class from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2009, and maintained an academic scholarship for all three years of study.

During law school Heather focused on developing her research and writing skills through her courses and legal clerkships, and was a member of the San Diego Law Review.  While clerking for the USD Law Entrepreneurship clinic, she assisted low-income entrepreneurs in drafting and filing necessary documents to start or expand their businesses.  Heather also conducted extensive legal research and writing during her summer clerkship at Wingert Grebing Brubaker and Goodwin, LLP, in San Diego where she identified affirmative defenses, drafted state court motions, and prepared memoranda that were used internally and submitted directly to clients.

Prior to joining Marshall A. Glick, APC in 2010, Heather volunteered at Bet Tzedek – The House of Justice in Los Angeles, primarily working on behalf of Holocaust survivors seeking reparations from Germany and other European countries.  She headlined a major reparations program, which included drafting all necessary applications, forms, and correspondence to hundreds of clients as well as attorneys in Bet Tzedek’s volunteer network across the United States.
